As a former Barefoot bride, it’s easy for me to answer this question. I may be a little partial, since I am also a Dedicated Wedding Specialist here at Barefoot Bridal, but I know firsthand what our brides are going through.

When Your Wedding Plans Feel Overwhelming

Earlier this week, one of my brides called me in a panic. She is traveling within the next two months and had a lot on her mind. She had her own concerns, along with questions from family and friends.

I stopped what I was doing and sat with her. This is one of the most important times in her life. She deserves a travel advisor who cares about her, understands what she is experiencing, and makes time for her when she needs it most.

Her concerns ranged from her father’s credit card being hacked to guests reaching out to her nonstop. She also felt that the resort’s wedding coordinator was not making her feel seen or heard.

I helped update her father’s card with the resort before any more charges could go through. I also contacted her wedding coordinator and requested a meeting with their supervisor. Then, I sent a mass text to her guests to remind them that I was here to answer their questions.

Most importantly, I made sure my bride felt safe, heard, and supported.

And this is only one example of hundreds.
