(Section 1) I expressly waive and release to Barefoot Travel, LLC, dba Barefoot Bridal (hereinafter "Barefoot Bridal") all rights I may have to any photographs, digital images, or video footage captured of me by Barefoot Bridal or its agents during my stay at the Hotel. I further grant Barefoot Bridal the right to use and/or publish my likeness, image and appearance so captured, for the exclusive purpose of promoting itself and its products or services.

(Section 2) The rights granted to Barefoot Bridal under Section 1 include, without limitation, the right to edit, duplicate and use or reuse the images or video sequences in whole or in part in any format that the Barefoot Bridal or the Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, choose. I accept that I have no property interest or copyright in any of the images or video; to whatever extent I am deemed to have such rights I agree to assign them to Barefoot Bridal and/or the Hotel.

(Section 3) I confirm that Barefoot Bridal has no financial commitment or obligations to me and I hereby waive any right to any remuneration for such use or to claim any form of compensation whatsoever.

(Section 4) I confirm that I have the right and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that I am not restricted by any commitments to any other parties, that would cause this Agreement to be void.

(Section 5) I hereby expressly release and indemnify Barefoot Bridal and the Hotel, their officials, employees, agents for each and every claim, known or unknown, that arises or is related in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement.

(Section 6) I agree that this Agreement and the obligations of the parties hereunder shall exclusively be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

(Section 7) In addition, I agree that any dispute or disagreement arising from any term or condition of this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in the county of York under applicable laws in South Carolina by a single arbitrator jointly chosen by me and by the Hotel.

(Section 8) I hereby waive to the fullest extent that I may lawfully do so, any causes of action in law or equity I may have or may hereafter acquire against either Barefoot Bridal or the Hotel for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark violation, right of publicity, or false light arising out of or in connection with the utilization by Barefoot Bridal or the Hotel its affiliates, subsidiaries or associated companies of any content or part thereof arising from the capturing and use of the said images or video footage herein.
