Travel Window: June 28-July 3, 2025

  • The hotel agrees to provide one (1) complimentary room for every fifteen (15) rooms paid nightly (16th room is complimentary), up to a maximum of four (3) complimentary rooms.

  • If the Wedding Group books 10 - 19 rooms or 30 - 59 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary two (2) hour private function.

  • If the Wedding Group books 20 - 29 rooms or 60 - 89 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary one (1) hour cocktail reception and one (1) private function for three (3) hours.

  • If the Wedding Group books 30 - 49 rooms or 90 - 149 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary three (3) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.

  • If the Wedding Group books 50 - 89 rooms or 150 – 269 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary four (4) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.

  • If the Wedding Group books 90 rooms or more or 270 or more room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary five (5) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.

  • Barefoot Bridal's Exclusive Free Flight Promo: get up to $1,000 cash back towards your flights with 75 paid room nights

  • One (1) complimentary room for every 15 paid rooms (16th room free) to a maximum of 4 per group.

  • One (1) Complimentary Upgrade to the next highest room category, based on availability at time of check-in, excluding the higher specialty categories and for a maximum of two (2) people.

  • Welcome drink upon arrival.

  • Welcome amenity for one designated room.

  • Group check-in for common arrivals (minimum of 30 guests; flight itinerary must be provided in advance to hotel)

  • Barefoot Bridal's Exclusive Free Flight Promo: get up to $1,000 cash back towards your flights with 75 paid room nights

  • Every 10th room will be complimentary with a maximum of 3 complimentary rooms per group.

  • One (1) complimentary room upgrade for every 10th room paid with a maximum of 3 upgrades per group.

  • One (1), welcome cocktail hour for groups of 10 or more rooms for a max of 30 people.

  • Private check-in for groups arriving together; Private check-in must be requested from the resort at least 30 days prior to arrival

  • 20% discount per person on spa services and 10% discount per person on spa products; valid once per person, per stay and not combinable with any spa promotions or coupons

  • Group Coordinator for groups of 10+ rooms

  • Special welcome amenity for the group leader, limit one welcome amenity per group. Amenity varies by resort.
