Wedding Date: November 22, 2025
Travel Window: Nov 19 – Nov 24, 2025
Hotel agrees to provide one (1) complimentary room for every fifteen (15) rooms paid nightly, up to a maximum of three (3) complimentary rooms.
The Hotel agrees to provide one complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category (up to Diamond Ocean View King) when booking 25 rooms or more (reservations must have a minimum of 3 nights or equivalent to 75 room nights). Upgrades are subject to space and availability of the Hotel. If the Wedding Couple have already booked a Diamond Ocean View King or a Suite, then they will have the option to pass the upgrade to a family member for the same number of nights booked.
If the Wedding Group books 10 - 19 rooms or 30 - 59 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary two (2) hour private function.
If the Wedding Group books 20 - 29 rooms or 60 - 89 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary four (4) hour private function.
If the Wedding Group books 30 - 49 rooms or 90 - 149 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary three (3) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
If the Wedding Group books 50 - 89 rooms or 150 – 269 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary four (4) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
If the Wedding Group books 90 rooms or more or 270 or more room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary five (5) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
