Must have 75 paid room nights to qualify. Forward your flight to us at least 60 days prior to arrival and receive a refund of the cost of your flight up to $1,000. Flight must be coach round trip flights.
The applicable credit amount will be refunded to the group leader no earlier than 30 days prior to travel and can take up to 45 days after travel.
Certain hotel black-out dates may apply. Credit is non-transferable and applies to the wedding couple only. Only guest rooms booked within the group contract will be counted towards the 75 paid room nights.
