I’m the kind of person who likes to handle things myself, especially when it comes to planning something important. So when I decided not to hire a wedding planner, I knew I’d be taking on a lot. What I didn’t expect was how much Barefoot Bridal would step in and support me from the travel side. They were the ones I texted when I had questions like “How many rooms should I block?” or “What happens if guests book late?” and they always had answers.

Even though they don’t call themselves planners, they understand everything that goes into planning a destination wedding. Sharon, who had been a destination bride herself, really understood what I was going through. She gave honest advice, and that helped me make decisions without second guessing myself.
Between Barefoot Bridal and the resort coordinator who reached out closer to the date, I honestly never felt like I was alone in the process. I still planned everything myself, but I had the right support behind me the whole time. It made a huge difference and I’m grateful for that.
